G-Class Ozone Systems

The G-Class CD-2/5/7 systems generate 2-7 grams of ozone per hour at 2.5-3.0% by weight and the G-Class CD-15/25/45 systems generate 15-45 grams of ozone per hour at 3-4% by weight. All operate under vacuum for safety and include integrated DEL Ozone Safety Management Systems.

G-Class systems have configurable feed-gas options (integrated oxygen concentrator system is standard), multiple safety features, self-diagnostic switching and robust construction. Variable ozone output control is optional on all models.

DEL Ozone Pro G-Class is the ideal choice for high-risk pool, spa and splash pad applications.

There are two main types of certification listed below that are defined by NSF 50 for pool sanitizers. G-Class Systems are NSF-50 certified for secondary disinfection and are the only ozone sanitizers with 3rd party validation per NSF requirements.

Supplemental: Optional sanitizers that may be used to improve the water quality and system performance.

Secondary: Verified for a measurable kill of microbes including Cryptosporidium; a MAHC requirement for increased risk pools.

Product Design
G-CLASS – CD 2/5/7

These first level G-Class systems generate up to 7 grams of ozone per hour at 2.5-3.0% by weight.

G-CLASS – CD 15/25/45

Higher powered G-Class systems generate up to 45 grams of ozone per hour at 3-4% by weight.

G-CLASS PLUS (HECD) – CD 65/130

Available in 65 or 130 grams of ozone per hour at 5-6% by weight using low-maintenance 1.6 kHz cold cathode gas-filled corona discharge ozone cells.
