Loan Procedure

Step 1- Submission
COMPLETE AND EMAIL TO ADMIN@CMPCOMMERCIAL.COM

Step 2- Approval

Upon loan submission, we will issue a prequalification the loan with our investor(s) for their ability and desire to make the loan. Once the borrower and broker understand and agree with the terms of the loan and has completed an internal agreement , we will issue a LOI, Term Sheet, CLA or a lender commitment.(whichever is relavent)

Step 3- Appraisal/Third Party Reports

Many of our Private Equity programs do not require an appraisal. They have their own methods of valuation. The agreement must be signed and returned with all the conditions required. The investor will define the third party needs to move forward. This may include an appraisal, inspection, site visit, environmental, or other pertinent reports. The borrower will be able to send a check, cashier’s check, or wire transfer the funds for the appraisal. ONLY CMP Commercial or lender can order the appraisal.

Step 4- Collect Conditions

While the appraisal is being completed, our processing and underwriting staff will collect and review all missing conditions.

Step 5- Appraisal Review

The investors real estate department will review the appraisal.

Step 6- Closing

Once all conditions and appraisal are satisfied and reviewed, CMP Commercial will send out closing documents. Once closing documents are signed and reviewed, the loan will fund the loan in 48 hrs.
